This was, by far, the best purchasing experience I’ve ever had. Since this was a significant purchase for me, I visited the dealership three times before making my decision. On my first visit, I didn’t meet with a sales consultant because I wasn’t sure what I wanted yet. However, Tim, who demonstrates the features of the vehicles, gave me a detailed walkthrough. This allowed me to see the features firsthand and carefully consider my must-haves versus what I could live without. On my second visit, Tim introduced me to Rosh, a consultant who was exceptionally professional and focused on my needs as a customer rather than just making a sale. Rosh made it clear that if I decided to purchase a Mercedes from their location, our relationship would continue throughout my ownership of the vehicle. I expressed that I had another appointment that day but wanted pricing on an E-Class model. Not only did he provide the information I needed, but he also respected my time by reminding me of my hard stop. This thoughtful approach was greatly appreciated. Rosh never pried into personal matters like my income or profession; instead, he only asked if I had found a vehicle I truly loved. Even though I didn’t purchase a vehicle during my second visit, Rosh continued to follow up with me weekly, offering assistance and answering any questions I had. On my third visit, Rosh was incredibly patient, showing me various vehicles until I found the one I fell in love with—my Mercedes! The financing process with Levi was quick and seamless. He was personable, and the entire process took less than 30 minutes. Thank you, Rosh, Tim, and Levi, for making this such a fantastic experience! More
