Oil change Purchased truck at dealership which came with oil change. Told them they didn't tighten the oil filter and could they check to make sure done this tim Purchased truck at dealership which came with oil change. Told them they didn't tighten the oil filter and could they check to make sure done this time. They did and had to take it back to tighten oil filter. Then we discussed how they had failed to do so and was accused of taking it somewhere else to get it changed. Why would I do this. I already paid to have it done here. Be careful they call you liars.
