My service advisor, John Grundon, did a great job taking care of the work done on my Yukon. The waiting area was completely redesigned and comfortable. My first visit to Crown for service on my Enclave. Lexi Sarang, Service Advisor was highly professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I was most impressed with how it felt like I was valued and how e Lexi Sarang, Service Advisor was highly professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I was most impressed with how it felt like I was valued and how efficient the service department is, compared to my experiences elsewhere. I am a snowbird, and this is a new vehicle and I was a bit apprehensive before going.
