This will be my third Kia purchase at Danbury Kia, and for good reason! Orien, my salesman was knowledgeable, very helpful without being pushy and placing deadlines or my purchase. He offered suggestions after listening to needs while conforming to my budget. Never did I feel pressured or like I was being “sold”. I traded in my 21 Sportage into a beautiful ‘23 Sportage, this being my 3rd Sportage. I specifically went to Danbury Kia for .2 reasons, First, The service department there far exceeds that of any other dealer I know. They’ve consistently gone above and beyond for me in the past 6 years with my previous Sportages and never did I feel like I was ripped off by a typical “dealer” service repair like I’ve always felt in the past elsewhere. Second, the salespeople, sales manager and finance manager made it all sooooo very easy as always ! More
