I signed and agreed to one price after thinking that was the price the whole time it came to the end like 30-40 before getting the vehicle. That’s not ethically rights if I was told and signed for one price. After being there with 2 toddlers by myself as a single mother that highly upset me & made me feel like I was stuck. I agreed to putting down $3500 going of my budget by $500 More

They have the worse customer service ever. My sevice guy name AJ. I was waiting in the waiting room for over 3 hours. He never came to let me know what was going on with my car. Jordan met us just outside the front door and as I shaked his hand and made eye contact I knew from that moment this is the young man I wanted to deal with , I had no appointment , just drove there in hopes his hand and made eye contact I knew from that moment this is the young man I wanted to deal with , I had no appointment , just drove there in hopes of buying my new car , Jordan asked what is my wants and needs in a car and out came my list , the Longwood dealership is somewhat under construction and we walked a Short distance to the lot and we looked at 3 vehicles, the sportage checked all the boxes and we test drove it . Loved the fit ,feel and options , I told Jordan this is the car I want to leave with today , Jordan brought us back to a table and Jordan was with us the entire time and before long we signed and drove away in my new Sportage that I love , did I mention that I love the sportage , Jordan's knowledge and his character will carry him through life .
