My wife and I were looking for an SUV. Honda Pilot and Toyota Highlander were perfect fit for our needs so I emailed many, many Honda and Toyota dealerships in our area asking info about leasing (Drive of Toyota Highlander were perfect fit for our needs so I emailed many, many Honda and Toyota dealerships in our area asking info about leasing (Drive off amount, monthly payment, Cap Cost, etc.). I also found dealerrater.com and saw other's review about Norm Reeves Honda and decided to contact Linda Ly by email since I was out of country. I am telling you...ONLY Linda from Norm Reeves gave me actual numbers. One toyota dealer gave me their discount and Purchasing price but not about leasing. That was it. I got no pricing info or no reply. And I am telling you again, Norm Reeves Deal is a Good one. They are a volume dealer. You will understand once you visit there. I can easily assume they sell a lot for less dollars. End result? one-stop shopping to Linda and So happy with my 2013 Pilot. Oh, I have to memtion Robert Barbee in financing dept. He's a great guy, too. Very informative, No pressure and Very professional. More

My fist official dealership car buying experience was a breeze! I always feared going into a traditional car dealership because i have heard horror stories. However, at Norm Reeves Honda i had the best exp breeze! I always feared going into a traditional car dealership because i have heard horror stories. However, at Norm Reeves Honda i had the best experience and recommend it for anybody especially first time car buyers. Linda Ly, the sales person that helped me made the process super easy and with absolutely no pressure! I had a unique situation and she definitely took care of me and even beat my credit unions interest rate! I also dealt with Mucio Sanchez, the Finance Manager in no way was Mucio sale method pushy i actually felt 100% comfortable with him and knew he was not trying to up sell me. I was at the dealership for no more then 2 hours and left with my brand new 2012 Honda Civic EX, which i am absolutely in love with. All in all this is a great place to buy a car! The customers service with everybody i encountered that day was definitely first class! Thank you, Norm Reeves Honda! More
