In searching many dealership inventories online, I only found one in the opal sage color my mom wanted, in Kingman. Lo and behold, on the 22nd, Linda Ly informed me that one just landed. I claimed it, she offered a reasonable price, we didn't even counteroffer, and scooped it up the next day. (I had chosen Linda Ly to work with based on her reviews and she came through.) As this was our 3rd brand new CR-V purchase, this by far was our best experience with financing. Dan Sandu took care of us, was very personable and he gave us a good interest rate. This purchase at this time was definitely the favor of God! We bought here once before and we were happy then, too. More

For the past few years my dad had been telling me about his great experience with Linda Ly at NRH. He got his 2008 Accord sedan he wanted at the price he wanted, all with no-nonsense quotes through email and professionalism when he went to the lot. He told me that it must be that they're going for volume instead of huge margins on individual cars. I graduated from college in June, so it was time for me to get a car. After months of research and test driving cars of different brands, I found the car that spoke to me (and my wallet): this year's accord coupe. That made my dad happy because he had already seen on the website that Linda Ly was still on the internet staff. He contacted her, and she quoted a price a little below what I had been expecting to pay. Those graphs you see online that claim to show the lowest price? Forget it. NRH (or maybe just Linda) will beat that -- and without you even saying the price you are shooting for. That means no haggling, no pressure, and no feeling afterward that you just got screwed (because you didn't). There was one problem: They (and all other dealerships in socal) didn't have the color I wanted in stock. So they offered to special order it AND KEEP THE QUOTED PRICE. I didn't need the car right away, so that was a no-brainer. Luckily for me, the exact car I wanted came in an earlier shipment, so instead of waiting three months, I got it three weeks later. They called as they were taking it off the truck on Friday. I went in yesterday to pick it up. Then I got the Linda Ly experience my dad had been raving about. Everything was smooth. She had made sure the car had been put aside and led me to it without delay. After the test drive, I went straight to her desk, and she helped me through the initial paperwork, and instead of saying the standard, "I would like you to meet the sales manager," she asked if it was all right if a new guy observed what was going on. If Linda-caliber quality is the standard NHR has set, they're gonna be around for a long time. Plain and simple: Norm Reeves Honda is THE place to buy a car if you're looking for a straightforward transaction, and Linda Ly is the greatest. More

Once I arrived on the lot, I was greeted by Sal Rodriguez. He listened to my needs and had Edurado Mora showed me the car I wanted. The credit process was quite quick and painless. After all the details were done, I sat down with Sal again and he took his time to go over my finance obligation. I told Sal I need to consult my wife before a final decision can be made, and Sal had no issue with that. He even encouraged me to take the time I needed. The next day I returned to Norm Reeves Honda Superstore, and was greeted by Linda Ly. She treated me and my family like royalty. She held me hand all throughout the purchasing process. She even help me with my boothtube. I really enjoyed Norm Reeves Honda Superstore service. I recommend to anyone who is looking for a new Honda. More
