Jeff Aoki had been helping me via email on any questions I had with the CRV and also helped me test drive the car fairly quickly when I showed up unexpectedly. He was a pleasure to work with and I made the decision to come in to the dealer as he was very prompt with his responses. I also liked that he didn't pressure me into purchasing the vehicle when I let him know that I needed more time. When I finally made the decision to purchase, Jeff Aoki was unfortunately not in the office. Linda Ly helped get the cost and made sure that the purchase was expedited as I was on a very tight schedule. Finally, Kevin Harris was the one who finished the paperwork for me and showed me all of the great features of the car. Kevin gave great suggestions on the payment options. He also knew about my limited schedule and made every effort to let me know how much time I should anticipate to spend at the Finance department and expedited the process. My wife and I were looking for an SUV. I also found dealerrater.com and saw other's review about Norm Reeves Honda and decided to contact Linda Ly by email since I was out of country. I am telling you...ONLY Linda from Norm Reeves gave me actual numbers. One toyota dealer gave me their discount and Purchasing price but not about leasing. That was it. I got no pricing info or no reply. And I am telling you again, Norm Reeves Deal is a Good one. They are a volume dealer. You will understand once you visit there. I can easily assume they sell a lot for less dollars. End result? one-stop shopping to Linda and So happy with my 2013 Pilot. Oh, I have to memtion Robert Barbee in financing dept. He's a great guy, too. Very informative, No pressure and Very professional. More
