Customer oriented and patient service🙂 This is my second time buying a car from Norm Reeve's Honda through the Internet sales department. The experience for my daughter was great last year, This is my second time buying a car from Norm Reeve's Honda through the Internet sales department. The experience for my daughter was great last year, that I knew I would return for my next child's car. However, when I found myself in need of another car, for myself, I called Linda, and got started with the pre-approval paperwork, and within 24 hours, met with Phil, and rode out the dealership with a 2016, Honda Accord. The price was right,! The customer service was super and the knowledge base of my salesman, Phil, was great. He took time with me. We test drive several vehicles, and this experience was like having a friend with you to help your with your car purchase, instead of a salesperson, "just trying to make it happen." I always felt in the "driver's seat." He was personable. This is the mark of personal quality. The wisdom and confidence that he inspired, helped me to arrive at the decision for me. The finance department experience with Edwin, was awesome as well. This is the place that make you feel like "being yourself," is enough to seal the deal. "No games, just great customer service??????! " A place I will return to again!!!!!! More

He and got me the car I wanted at a great price. Paperwork was done quickly and Tony sat in the car with me for quite sometime and explained all the technology in the car and how to work it. There's a reason why they are #1! Overall I had a really great shopping experience at the Norm Reeves Honda Superstore in Cerritos and would definitely recommend to others! Jeff Aok Overall I had a really great shopping experience at the Norm Reeves Honda Superstore in Cerritos and would definitely recommend to others! Jeff Aoki had been helping me via email on any questions I had with the CRV and also helped me test drive the car fairly quickly when I showed up unexpectedly. He was a pleasure to work with and I made the decision to come in to the dealer as he was very prompt with his responses. I also liked that he didn't pressure me into purchasing the vehicle when I let him know that I needed more time. When I finally made the decision to purchase, Jeff Aoki was unfortunately not in the office. Linda Ly helped get the cost and made sure that the purchase was expedited as I was on a very tight schedule. Finally, Kevin Harris was the one who finished the paperwork for me and showed me all of the great features of the car. Kevin gave great suggestions on the payment options. He also knew about my limited schedule and made every effort to let me know how much time I should anticipate to spend at the Finance department and expedited the process. He even followed up the next day to make sure I didn't have any questions about the new car. I am very happy with the support that Kevin provided. Thank you Norm Reeves!! More
