Nothing short of amazing. from the time I called and talked to Linda until the time I drove out, everyone in this dealership was professional and accommodating. having driven from St pete with my old ve talked to Linda until the time I drove out, everyone in this dealership was professional and accommodating. having driven from St pete with my old vehicle that i was keeping for my daughter and not having a way to get my old vehicle back home to St pete, Robert and Big Bob helped me out in having my old vehicle driven back to my home by their fellow employees. We wanted to sell our 2nd vehicle without all the hassels that come with selling a used car. My husband & I went to multiple dealerships to sell a gently used vehicle. Dan Heckman & the entire Eagle Buick Team, in Homosassa, Fl were by far the most professional, courteous & honest team, By Far! gently used vehicle. Dan Heckman & the entire Eagle Buick Team, in Homosassa, Fl were by far the most professional, courteous & honest team, By Far!!! We appreciated that it was No Frills & the negotiation process was not a continual back & forth, back & forth game. There were kinks to work out with a complicated POA & estate kind of deal & we were appreciative of the expertise & patience of the title department. Another big shout out to Heather in that department! Enjoyed lunch on Eagle Buick's tab since some things took some time to get through. Everyone was super friendly, I got the car I really wanted and at a reasonable price despite getting it financed. But the real reason I'm giving them 5 stars is because, when my bank screwed up and did wanted and at a reasonable price despite getting it financed. But the real reason I'm giving them 5 stars is because, when my bank screwed up and didnt let me make the full downpayment (hit the limit for my card despite having it removed for the day of the purchase.) They still got me in the car I wanted and where willing to let me wire the rest of the down payment that following monday. More
