18 months ago the dealership replaced a cracked windshield in my S550. Recently I noticed a small amount of water entering the car and dripping on to the rearview mirror. I returned the car to Merc windshield in my S550. Recently I noticed a small amount of water entering the car and dripping on to the rearview mirror. I returned the car to Mercedes Princeton and they ran numerous tests to try to locate the source of the leak. It turned out to be a gap in the seal for the new windshield. Once this was established, the dealership offered to remove and reseal the entire windshield without any charge under the warranty. They kept the car for more than a week for this major operation and during that time provided me with a loaner at no charge. When my car was returned to me it had not just been cleaned, but thoroughly detailed and looks like a new car. I could not have asked for better service, and the service advisor, Linda Tague send me delete texts to update me on the work being done. I am very satisfied with this dealership. More
