Our service representative, Linda, is knowledgable, professional, friendly and a real credit to the dealership. I am always contacted if there are suggested repairs not identified by us but found by the techs doing the work. The call gives us the opportunity to give the go ahead or to wait. I would defintely recommend Mercedes-Benz of Princeton for both sales and service. More

Overall good service department for the work they do You people are very good and informative. Linda Tague is excellent and very dedicated. Your wait area is terrible. There are nicer wait areas at Hyundai. People are servicing Mercedes. Treat them like Mercedes customers. Look at the Lexus dealership down the street. It has a beautiful wait area and makes you feel special. I know that service is the #1 profit center for the dealership...treat it that way. If you don't have a car for me I take my service somewhere else. I won't wait 2-3 hours in a cafeteria where there aren't enough chairs, I can't do any work and it looks and feels cheap. More
