The service manager Jay R. is unbelievable and hard to find someone of his integrity, loyalty, honesty and helpfulness in the car dealership market today. He is always present in the department and always readily available for you. He has a finely tuned well run service department. All his employees from :Patricia and the desk, Joe the driver and Andy the mechanic, all are always friendly and helpful. I have never had any problems here! Jay has earned me as a Prestige customer for the long term and is the reason I have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership, and because of him I will always drive a Volvo. Each purchase I have made has been a pleasant experience from selection to pick up. I highly recommend Prestige in East Hanover. More

Tina was very accommodating with my multiple questions about the SUV prior to my coming to the dealership for a test drive. Being that I work in NYC, Tina arranged for a ride for me from the rail station to the dealership compliments of Lindsey. Tina was there at my scheduled test drive appointment time and fully explained the options of the SUV to me during our test drive and listened to my request to accommodate a test drive on a road that was winding so I could see how the suv handles. Tina even explained that there were a few 2016 demos that were available since I was not in the market for a new XC60. Pat Masone was very thorough in explaining to me my options for the Zurich extended protection program and exhibited a friendly , no pressure attitude throughout the warranty explanation. Pat fully explained to me the pros of each of the different warranty coverages as well as the option to purchase them a la carte. Pat was able to obtain an outstanding financing rate for my loan on the xc60. Thanks Pat ! I could not have had a more pleasant buying experience as this is my 5th Volvo I have owned. I highly recommend Tina as being the most helpful, accommodating and cheerful salesperson I have dealt with of the other Volvos I have purchased. More

Sales people are very knowledgeable (I am biased to Lindsey Mastroianni, a total powerhouse and professional). She listens, she knows her stuff, she is awesome. The reception team are great. Everyone is great. It's a relaxing experience. I found the perfect car for me (Or I should say Lindsey suggested the XC60, a model I didn't even know about!) and I am driving around every day feeling sorry for everyone else on the road. ;-) Her follow up was great. She didn't need to check in on me, but she did. Total professional. Loved the whole experience. Would recommend to anyone. More

Previous dealers were not professional at some point and were more interested in selling me cars I was not interested in. That was a huge turn off and disappointment. I even spent an entire day at one point without any positive and successful outcome. Lindsey had everything set up and ready before I even came in. She even made a brief and very clear video of the car, which she sent to me a day before my visit. The test drive with Rebecca was the longest and most thorough I have ever experienced. Pat, the finance guy was very thorough and took the time to explain everything to me, all the while being extremely genuine and professional. The GM even stopped by on a Saturday and congratulated me on my first buy. Will definitely be going back and would recommend others to go there. More

Having had my XC90 serviced there for over a decade, I know everyone there -- and have come to appreciate their honesty, quality of work, and generosity in working with me whenever I came in for service. They truly are like family. (Shout out to Patricia Sommerville, Bob Knott and Jay Rosen!) So when it came time to purchase my new XC90, I went straight to Prestige knowing I would get the best service and the best representation; people working with me to get me the car of my dreams at the best price. Lindsey Mastroianni, my sales rep, went beyond the call of duty to get me the car I wanted in the time frame I sought at the price point I wanted. She spent hours educating me on the vehicle. Her knowledge of every facet of the car is amazing. I highly recommend her to anyone in the market for a new car. The initial contact with the dealership was made because of a specific vehicle, but they earned my business by being very easy to work with and considerate of my time. I completely trusted Lindsey and was willing to get on a plane to purchase the vehicle. The process at the dealership was one of the best overall I have had and very quick. My plane arrived later than expected, but Lindsey went out of her way to stay late to show me all the features of the car making sure I was ready for the trip back home. I will definitely contact Lindsey in the future for our next Volvo! More
