I made very sad decision that it was time to say good bye to my 18 year old 2002 Forester upon coming in for some service. The one that started it all for our family & many relatives. :D Never even thought of looking elsewhere. Lisa Courchaine worked with me to help me find a 2017 Certified PreOwned Veh with mileage in my acceptable range, not too many bells & whistles to freak out this driver still used to keys & cassette radio. WOW lots of changes in 18 years! She put up with me coming in daily for a week to look at something else on it each time before buying it. Due to work, my husband was unable to see or drive the car until the day we came to sign to purchase it. He trusted my judgement, but more importantly, after all the years of working with this dealer, he trusted them to not take advantage of a female buying a car alone. I've never bought a car alone in my life. We met with Ray Brien to finalize all the paperwork, and we were off with my "new" car. Told them I would be back in 2035 for my next one. Hopefully this one lasts just as long as my last one. wink Also, I need to give a huge shout out to Charlie Rafferty in the Service Dept. He's my go to guy when I bring any of our vehicles in for service as I've been doing for years. Never had a bad experience with anyone here. More

The most pleasant car-buying experience ever! I began researching the Subaru Forester and the Crosstrek several months before I intended to purchase a new vehicle. So there were many emails between myself and Lisa Courchaine, Sales & Leasing Consultant at Long Subaru before I actually made an appointment to sit down and talk with Lisa face to face. She was very patient and low pressure both in her emails as well as when we met at Long Subaru in Webster, MA. I knew what my trade-in was worth and Long did not disappoint in their ultimate offer. I also knew what the fair value of the Subaru Forester Premium (with the options I wanted) was. So it was the most painless vehicle purchase experience I've ever had (and I've owned my own vehicles since 1963)! I highly recommend Long Subaru. I trust my experience with Long's Service Department will be an equally great experience. More

Great service Went to long Subaru to see what they would offer me for a trade in on my 2013 Subaru Forester. I met with Lisa Courchaine! Lisa was great to work with Went to long Subaru to see what they would offer me for a trade in on my 2013 Subaru Forester. I met with Lisa Courchaine! Lisa was great to work with and I will definitely work with her in the future. She made the buying process easy. She listened to my needs and took into consideration that my fiancé and I are a young family looking for something reliable and affordable. (Even though the Forester can pretty much sell its self - or at least for a previous Forester owner it does) Lisa was honest and straight forward. She made the comment that she “wouldn’t put you in a vehicle I wouldn’t put my own children in” and that spoke a lot. Thank you Lisa for making sure we were taken care of and got what we truly loved. Ray was also very straight forward and honest. It’s nice to work with people who understand that responsible young adults are trying to create a life, build family’s - and having a safe vehicle is an important part of that. They make sure you are treated fairly and don’t spend money where you don’t need to. More

This was my 4th Subaru purchase but the first time I bought a new one and was very nervous about it. After 3 Outbacks I was thinking of getting a Legacy this time. She had me test drive both and didnt pressure me into buying one and answered a lot of questions I had. I liked the Legacy very much and she was helpful to search for the color I wanted at another dealership. The whole buying process was made easy by quickly finding the car I wanted, attaching plates, registering and inspecting it and I was out of there in only a couple hours More
