Brought my car in for an oil change and left $171 less in my wallet, it appears the hood latch had broken and the only people under that hood is your crew? I am beyond livid. Oil change on a Saturday Lisa was able to make an appointment for me to come at 2:30 in the afternoon and get my oil changed.
