Lisa is a excellent service advisor and was very helpful in the way she explained to me how that if I don't drive 5 to 6 thousand miles in a 6 month time span that I should get my oil and tire rotation in the way she explained to me how that if I don't drive 5 to 6 thousand miles in a 6 month time span that I should get my oil and tire rotation done at least every 6 months. This dealership has TERRIBLE customer service! We came in for a oil change and a tire alignment which they told us would only take 30-45 minutes, we ended up being there for over 2 hours. Whenever we asked w for a oil change and a tire alignment which they told us would only take 30-45 minutes, we ended up being there for over 2 hours. Whenever we asked when our car would be done, the associate told us another 15-20 minutes (after being there for an hour) and it was still over another hour that we didn’t get our car. Not to mention when we got it back from them detailing it, it was STILL dirty. On top of all this, they wasted our gas because they had the car on blasting the AC when they were cleaning it. So I strongly recommend you DO NOT COME HERE. More
