Lisa was terrific! Very personable, we discussed the reason for the visit , getting car ready for a long drive shortly and an oil change. She made sure that the proper information was given to the mecha reason for the visit , getting car ready for a long drive shortly and an oil change. Lisa and Rich (I think) were great. Lisa helped me by explaining why the tailgate was not opening completely. I felt a little stupid, but Lisa assured me that it is common mistake.
