Every person I had contact with at Merchant’s Auto was helpful, friendly, and did everything they could to make sure it was a positive experience. They didn’t try to sell me a different car, they answered all my questions and gave me ample time to check it out and test drive it, no pressure! Beware! Bought a car on October 1. The car was out for service. Asked the sales person to advise what was being repaired. Never received a reply. shortly af Bought a car on October 1. Never received a reply. shortly after receiving the car, I had a problem with heater system which they "repaired" on October 8. This was in warm weather. Called The Service department Nov 11 as the heater will only deliver cold air and was told they couldn't help and pay to get it fixed somewhere else. Obviously, they don't care about repeat business! Test EVERYTHING before taking delivery of a car. More

I’ve never purchased a vehicle without getting two keys. After purchasing the vehicle and ready to leave I asked for the second key and was told they only came with the one.
