It seemed the left hand didn’t know what the right hand was doing. The finance guy didn’t even have my $1000 down payment in the financial disclosure form. I had to call and did receive it back. I was given a lame excuse about putting down a substantial down payment saying because I was from out of state. I could have had chase wire the money at any time but financing it seemed to be very important to your dealership. Then I was given instructions on how to make payments so that the dealership will make interest money on the loan amount I did not need to borrow. I still have not seen anything from the loan establishment on where to make payments to. I’m being told I will be assessed a fee if the car is paid off before the few months that you wanted me to pay on. The car was clean and filled up prior to me taking possession. The front shroud that was sticking out kept popping out all ride home and I had to take it to an infinity dealer. They agreed to take off the shroud and examine the clip bracket for damage. I hope they don’t find remnants of an accident that your car fax didn’t know about. More

Late Sunday March 16th I inquired about a vehicle for sale through Their online chat the car was listed for sale without pictures, as I live a few hours away pictures are important. Monday the 17th I sent an email again asking for pictures. I promptly received a reply at 12:42 pm stating that a sales consultant would get with me. By 6:46 pm the same day I had not been contacted so I sent a reminder email that I was still waiting. At 6:58pm I was told that the car is still available and it was going through a reconditioning process, still no pictures were sent. At 10:12 pm still on Monday I received an email from a different Sales person stating that I would received pictures tomorrow. On Tuesday Morning at I received an email stating that the car I was interested was sold on Monday Morning. The car was sold hours prior to me me being told it was still available. On Wednesday March 18 at 1:59pm I received an email about a pricing change alert on the car. The same vehicle that I was informed was going through a reconditioning process and was still available but had actually been sold many hours prior. On Friday March 21st at 1:00pm I again received an email on a pricing alert change on the vehicle I had inquired about that had been sold on Monday morning. This is prime example of extremely poor customer service, and one of the may reasons car salesman and dealerships are loathed by many consumers. More
