Lisa was great to work with. She worked hard to find a vehicle that had all the options I wanted. We did a lot of the work ahead of time and it made the process much easier so I wasn’t spending all day at vehicle that had all the options I wanted. The Dealership was EXCELLENT!! Lisa Valle treated me with respect and kindness from the very first second of my initial contact. I appreciate the fact that BMW of Sarasota does NOT apply the dehumanizing t respect and kindness from the very first second of my initial contact. I appreciate the fact that BMW of Sarasota does NOT apply the dehumanizing tactic known as “No Haggle” I personally would never buy at a dealership that employs the mentality that it’s their way or NO WAY!!
