This was a pleasant experience, we had just left another dealership before driving to Newport News to Suttle the experience could not have been more pleasant, Tony Ray and Lita Louaillier were just great an dealership before driving to Newport News to Suttle the experience could not have been more pleasant, Tony Ray and Lita Louaillier were just great and the time I spent buying a used truck from here was enjoyable even if I was spending a large amount of money. Melvin was amazing. He helped me find exactly what I wanted and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t. He went out of his way to find me the truck I wanted in the color I wanted and got me the addons I wanted. Over all I really enjoyed the experience over what I received at Southern. I will be doing business with Suttle in the future. Also Lita in finance was very helpful and understanding. Even though I found a better rate with Navy Fed she was still very helpful and got everything taken care of that I needed to get Navy Fed added to the title. More

Suttle made the experience easy and simple. The finance lady was amazing and deserves a raise. Shane was absolutely fantastic, he did a great job of explaining things about the vehicle. My name is Doug Campbell. I have been coming to this dealership for many many years. Back when Doug carter was service rep. I have known Doug since I was in elementary scho I have been coming to this dealership for many many years. Back when Doug carter was service rep. I have known Doug since I was in elementary school. I recently purchased a new acadia Denali and my daughter recently purchased a new full size pickup. Doug Perry and Jennifer have always been excellent service representatives. Your who staff is wonderful to deal with, with never a complaint from me. To the point, I probably don't know the whole picture but I am told I can no longer bring parts from outside parts places. Which is forcing me to take my three older cars 2 miles down the street to a reliable shop. Plus, I will no longer recommend suttle to people. I will still be bringing in my new cars for warranty. Thank you for your attention More
