People wasted our time, assurred us that we would be in and out in 30 minutes. Things the staff had 6 hours to complete before we arrived were not complete. 30 minutez turned into 2.5 hours. If my wife and daughter had not been present I would have walked away from the deal. I will never, never use tis dealership again. They tried to add on charges, and failed to note the vehicle had only 1 fob, now going to cost me 400 dollars for adfitional fob. I will drive to Denver ir Pueblo. Lots if pretty window dressing, extremely poor attention to detail, extremely pooe customer service and customer experience. my next hyundai will not be from Phil Long. I advise everyone to find a dealer who is interested in customer service and not all the glitz. More

Came in and saw 3 cars. All 3 cars were dirty with 2 of the 3 being extracted dirty. We bought the less dirty one with the best body and asked for it to be cleaned. There was beach sand all throughout the car, large dust bunnies in the vents, stains on the roof, dead moths in the center console. They said they’d clean it. 6 plus hours later we were signing papers and they said they’d had a cleaner in it the entire time. We funky get the car and they didn’t even try. Everything was still there from the sand to the dead moths. But at this point by 2 kids were tired and hungry. It was pass 3pm and we had been there since 9am. Then on our way home I noticed they charged us for a warranty package we hadn’t wanted and had to return to get that resorted out. More

The dealer was late and messed up the contract. No one in the store could explain the rental agreement including the dealer and the finance manager. It would have been much better experience with emails and on my own computer at home instead of on a phone at the dealer. More

I was in a state of panic attack with the whole purchase of my vehicle. I didn't think I could do it, but Heaven was wonderful and made the whole experience so much better.
