Straight forward dealing!. So my wife and I are searching on the internet for several different vehicle makes, and models for over a month. We visited a few dealerships and made some calls to others. We found what we wanted on a few lots, even as far away as Lexington and Knoxville. We spoke with some nice, and some not so nice sales people. I for one don't wish to drive any vehicle before I can get the price agreement close. Jason Coston with Toyota of Somerset was willing to work us a deal over the phone. We never met the man before. He didn't press us to come in and test drive, or try selling us something we didn't want. Jason was made aware of what we wanted on his lot and he continued to work with us in making a deal. Afterwards he helped with service work for optional equipment we purchased to be installed. The sales team and service department at TOS are top notch all the way. The dealership has many vehicles to choose from and the facility is bright and clean. For us the sale is important for sure, but the after sale treatment is far more important than anything. More

Just Browsing I stopped by the dealership just to browse. A Toyota Highlander caught my eye so I stepped out of my vehicle to take a look. Jeff Hall came over and opened it up so I could take a closer look and I fell in love. We went for a test drive and Jeff answered every question that I had. Loyd Johnson went to bat for me in the financial department and got me a loan than I can live with. These two gentlemen were a pleasure to do business with. I will be back again! More
