Lloyd was wonderful. I had gotten new tires at BJs this week had an alignment performed at Joyce and my TPMS light piped on day afterwards. Turns out BJs had broken my back 2 sensors. Lloyd told me to go week had an alignment performed at Joyce and my TPMS light piped on day afterwards. Turns out BJs had broken my back 2 sensors. Lloyd told me to go back to BJs which I did, and they replaced both sensors and apologized but then smaller off a wheel lug! I drove back to Joyce, Lloyd took my Odyssey immediately and had lug replaced. I then drove back to BJs and had them reimburse me for the lug and labor. Horrible day, not the way I wanted to spend my Sunday but Lloyd was so kind and understanding, he made it better. More
