He communicated very well every step of the way & was very kind! The sales department was also great; however, I did feel tremendous pressure from the individual trying to sell me the seat protection package & I would suggest that he might want to scale that down a bit. Larry, the manager, was very kind & professional & informative and Ben, my sales person, was very knowledgeable & professional & kind! Joyce Honda is a top-notch dealership and always has been! We purchased our first Honda in 1996...A white Honda Accord and it ran forever! Honda is a tried-and-true corporation known for quality engineering and exceptional user-friendly design! My only suggestion that would help to ensure even better customer satisfaction would be for Honda Corporate, in the future, to implement a more reasonable solution, in the event a car in service is ready for pick up but the insurance check has not arrived yet vis US mail as was the case in my situation recently, Ultimately, suffice it to say it caused me a lot of stress! I would urge Honda Corporate to require a faster, more reliable means of check delivery from insurance companies. I stress 'Honda Corporate' since I realize that situation was out of Joyce Honda’s control. Finally, I would absolutely recommend Joyce Honda to anyone!! More
