dropped my vehicle off at Jim Ellis Chevrolet on November 2nd to diagnose and repair a torque tube. Over the course of 5 going on six weeks Ive been vaguely informed of my warranty coverage and potential out 2nd to diagnose and repair a torque tube. I have been ride sharing at my own expense during this period of time. I specifically spoke to Gene wright, my service advisor and Denise, the sales manager. My voicemails to the service manager,David were never returned. More
