It took service 4hrs to replace a tire. I could understand if I took it in without an appt but I did have one. The advisor could’ve been more proactive and looked up if I had a warranty but instead it took a hr from the time the tech uploaded my inspection report video from the time the advisor calling me asking me what I would like to do. I also mentioned to my advisor when I dropped it off if my windshield wiper fluid port could be checked because it often gets blocked where no fluid comes out. And I also asked if my car could be ran through the wash. Upon pick up I noticed the car hadn’t been washed which makes me believe the valve was also not checked on because the inspection video did not note that. Let’s also mention how the tech was going over my car and noted all my tires but one is in TERRIBLE condition. The tread is still in good condition they’re not bald but he made sure to keep saying how terrible they are. Other professional tone could be used to advise. This is not used as a daily SUV anymore.
