It was resolved with a token $100 credit, but not before Logan, the used car sales manager, was so rude and abrupt with me and my wife that we almost walked out. I'd had a similar interaction with him a week earlier when I came in to talk about another car I saw online. I'm a local buyer and Garavel has a good local reputation, but I'll never go near them again for a used car as long as Logan works there and I'll advise family, friends and neighbors to do the same. He was unprofessional and soured an otherwise positive experience. I wrote to ownership about what happened and didn't hear back, so apparently this kind of behavior is okay with them. More

Showroom location and visibility made it easy to find, and the showroom itself is modern, and sparkling clean; lively with activity at 5:45 PM on a weekday evening. I was greeted cheerfully by Elena, who asked targeted questions in a brief interview to assemble a profile. Sales Consultant Darlene Miller arrived shortly after -- also cheerfully professional -- to determine my specific interests and to guide me through a most impressive test drive. Darlene introduced me to the modern technology, premium features, and warranty parameters of the 2018 Outback. Darlene later guided me confidently through the finance application, and closed the sale as an expert. I met Logan Hankins and Joe Wiatrzyk in the course of the session, and it was obvious they took pride in working at Garavel. I was so happy that the facility was very clean and there was breakfast available at their main office. I was able to meet a lot of the staff and everyone was helpful and friendly. I I had bet other people waiting for their cars and they were very happy with the amount of wait for their cars. My experience with Sam and your staff deserve a standing ovation. The car was listed at a better-than-fair price, and I also received a more than fair value for two trade-ins. The test-drive course takes in highway speeds, rough roads and downtown traffic, giving a prospective buyer an opportunity to evaluate a vehicle's performance under diverse conditions, a plus in my book. The entire staff was courteous and friendly, with thorough explanations of the entire process, from what to look for on a test-drive to pairing up my phone with the Outback's infotainment system after the sale - and I'm sure that they still got their job done, logging a fair profit for the dealership, but they made that feel pretty good too. As of this writing, I've had the vehicle itself for less than 24 hours, but am - so far - well pleased. More
