Evelyn was great - overall the experience was terrible Logan, the used car guy, is about as close to a sleazy used car salesman stereotype as you can get. He actually told me that Garavel was selling me the car as an act of “goodwill.” The car I purchased might be used, but I’m a schoolteacher and to me, $21,000 is a lot of money and I don’t need anyone acting like they’re pitying me by selling me a car. I was also made to wait 5 hours in the dealership even though I’d called ahead to explain my situation - I have a seriously disabled child who needs constant care and my husband and I do not have free time together to handle things like this. I spoke to Elena when I first called, and explained this. but it seems to have fallen on deaf ears. Most of the employees had actually left for the day and I was still there waiting to start the paperwork in the business office. On the bright side, Evelyn could not have been more helpful and accommodating. I would buy another car from her, but only if she was working for a different dealership. More

Painless and Customer Focused Buying Experience! My twins boys and I were in the market looking for a certified car, as their first to use for school, etc. We stopped by Garavel to look for a Subaru My twins boys and I were in the market looking for a certified car, as their first to use for school, etc. We stopped by Garavel to look for a Subaru, and met with Darlene Miller, who was very helpful and educated us on the different cars that were available at the time. During the visit Darlene showed us the certified Audi we liked very much. She explained the dealership's motivation to sell the car prior to the end of the month, but did not subject us to any aggressive selling. The next day we returned for a test drive, which Darlene accommodated on short notice, and she answered questions we had on the certified program. The following day she arranged to have the car driven to our service provider to have a pre-purchase inspection performed then coordinated to have everything in place for us to purchase the car a couple of days later. We met Logan on the day we purchased the car, and he helped with a quick, painless purchase. The price was very competitive and the car was delivered shining like a new car, detailed prior to delivery. Shortly prior to purchase we learned that there was only one key for the car, and a replacement could run ~$500 - Darlene reached out to the Sales Manager Fumi, and with some help from Yogi, had Fumi on the phone securing a new second key from Audi at no-charge to us. Excellent Customer Service - we would consider Garavel and Darlene for a future car purchase! More
