Logan Lane was so pleasant and welcoming. He took me right away. No waiting. My oil change was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend him. There is no price gouging or lack of respect toward customers that you'd find at a typical dealership. Logan Lane has been handling all my service requests since day one; I've never had an issue. He is transparent, polite, and I highly recommend his service to anyone whether they are an Acura owner or not.
