I bought a 2020 CR-V Hybrid and a week later got a screw in a tire. Crown Acura was the only place in town that had the right size tire, so after a quick patch I limped it over there. Logan helped me right away and worked with the purchase dealership to verify the extended warranty and service plan and made sure I didn't have to pay anything for the replacement tire. More

I recently had a service done at Crown Acura in Clearwater, FL and my service advisor, Logan Lane,was terrific. After I made decisions about what should be done to my 2018 MDX the cat was taken quickly, the work was done in the time I was told and the car was even cleaned nicely. Logan even gave me a good recommendation for lunch near the dealership. I will definitely ask for Logan again. More
