Excellent warranty service I decided to purchase a used Lexus IS350 from Crown Acura. I purchased an extended 24 month 12K mile warranty along with it. I had a few minor issues I decided to purchase a used Lexus IS350 from Crown Acura. I purchased an extended 24 month 12K mile warranty along with it. I had a few minor issues with so I set an appointment up with Logan Lane and dropped it off. Along with the warranty they offered a loaner vehicle. We went over all the issues and they got to it right away and ordered the appropriate parts. I had previously owned a 5 series BMW and when it was taken in for repair work three separate time at a local BMW dealer I was not satisfied with all three. Crown Acura’s service department took care of the Lexus just as if they were a Lexus dealer. The main reason I took it to them is because I was made to feel assured they could take care of any issues the car I bought from them would be taken care of. They proved that they could and took care every issue just as if it was an Acura. If you decide to buy a car from them do not hesitate to not only look into an extended warranty but also take the car to them for repairs if needed. More

From the introduction and follow up to and from Dan, to the completion of the deal with Kyle in sales and Leslie in financing we had a great time purchasing our new 2019 TLX Aspec. My wife normally absolutely dislikes (putting it nicely) the new car buying process, she absolutely made friends during this one. From the beginning everyone at Crown were professional, ethical, and enjoyable. We had a great time on Thursday evening while we worked out the details, Leslie took care of all the details (she has found out I'm a detail person). Kyle was great getting everything on his side worked out with the vehicle. We won't buy another vehicle from anyone other than Crown in the future. Logan Lane and superior customer service I bought a 2019 Acura RDX A spec in August and have experienced some issues with the sound system. It's been back to the dealer twice and each time, t I bought a 2019 Acura RDX A spec in August and have experienced some issues with the sound system. It's been back to the dealer twice and each time, they have taken great care of me. They have provided a loaner vehicle while diagnosing the issue, and even delivered the loaner and my car back to me at my house. This is a great service since I live almost an hour from the dealer. The service writer that has stayed on top of the issue and kept me up to date is Logan Lane. He's been patient when I've been less than happy and has had his technicians totally check out my system, which they deemed to replace as a faulty tuner. He took accurate notes and detailed the issues which led to the replacement of the tuner. I can't say enough good about Logan and Crown Acura for exemplary service and commitment to their customers. I also want to commend my salesman Kyle Noble for his patience in assisting to be certain that I'm satisfied with my RDX and working with the service department to provide loaner vehicles and care. This dealership goes beyond all of my previous experiences with car dealers and it is greatly appreciated! More
