Everyone there will make you feel comfortable and you just get the feeling in your gut that you are dealing with fair, honest, sincere and just nice people...so refreshing! I dealt with the service part as well and all the same things were felt on that side as well. Crown Acura AMAZING!!!! My Husband & I were immediately greeted by Dan Morris, he then introduced us to Richard Morris. Richard was knowledgeable and very patient. We test drove a newer Acura for us and was very pleased with the car. Richard showed us all features that we did not have on our 2011 Acura. He worked diligently with Sophie Jane to get the price of the car where we needed to be. We then met Leslie, was professional and efficient. We enjoyed her witty sense of humor. As we drove off the lot the back shocks was making a noise. My husband called Richard and took the car in the next day. Logan worked on the issue and fixed the problem. The entire staff at Crown Acura is AMAZING! This will be our 4th car from there. Mr & Mrs. Mark Snow More

It's refreshing to be treated with kindness and respect instead of feeling like you're walking into a frat house in the middle of a bad joke as most dealerships are! Leslie was highly efficient and also kind with the financial aspect of the deal. And Logan Lane was of great assistance in securing my loaner as my diamond coat was applied. We greatly appreciated his integrity with having my bumper completely repainted when he wasn't 100% pleased with the attempted touch-up paint.
