Best customer service for VW in the area. Was able to break down the differences in the various models down to the feature; allowing me to determine what I needed, what I didn’t, and what price I was wil break down the differences in the various models down to the feature; allowing me to determine what I needed, what I didn’t, and what price I was willing to pay for it. I’m always skeptical of car dealerships but I must say from the sale to the financing they’re probably the most transparent dealership I’ve dealt with. And that means ALOT! For anyone who’s been through a car buying experience before...I’m sure you know exactly what I mean. Great team and will probably shop with them again in the future. More

I was promised a car to be on hand and ready for me to take home the day I was to go to the dealership. I signed the paperwork, PAID my part on the spot, and expected to get the car promptly as promised. take home the day I was to go to the dealership. Two days later and I have yet to get my car because a member of the dealership’s executive team is using the car I signed paperwork on as their personal car. He/she still has the car and the dealership is unable to get in touch with the person. Incredibly frustrating, rude and disrespectful considering all paperwork was processed and my payment sure was taken immediately... And now I’m the one inconvenienced without the car and having to rearrange my schedule to travel 45 mins away during a work week to get the car whenever they feel like giving me the car. More
