She always wanted a Ford Escape and voiced her opinion to the sales manager. We received a call from our salesman Lonnie Catanese the next day informing us that he needed to make my wife happy and we should stop in and discuss our options. We just bought the Focus last year and we knew we might owe too much on it and therefore would not really want to trade in at this time. Lonnie assured us that would be no problem and along with John Jr. "worked their magic." The next day my wife was driving her new Escape and she couldn't be happier! Everyone from the service department to John Jr. were awesome. More
