Service department is severely lacking! I called for service because the arm on my windshield wiper was broken. Service changed the wipers but did not fix the broken arm. Claimed to have topped off my fluids, but there was not wind shield wiper fluid. They were supposed to pick my car up to fix the broken arm for a second time and never put me in the system. When they finally picked the car up, the arm was not available for two days. Total waste of time and energy! More
