Service was great. The people I spoke with were professional. BUT I only drove a block when I noticed the passenger back tire was not secure. The tech only put the lug The people I spoke with were professional. BUT I only drove a block when I noticed the passenger back tire was not secure. The tech only put the lug nuts on. Never tightened them. My tire almost flew off my SUV with my one year old daughter strapped in the back seat. Could have turned out very bad if I didn’t pull over and call them to fix it. They did send someone out to secure the lug nuts and tire and were very apologetic. Still a stupid mistake on the Techs part! More
