Never again I’ll come here for service. Worst experience ever each time I leave the dealership I have more issues with my vehicle and previous issues they couldn’t even find which took me five seconds to fi ever each time I leave the dealership I have more issues with my vehicle and previous issues they couldn’t even find which took me five seconds to find it on YouTube their technician is wasting time on vehicles and they’re just charging for it I stood and watch my van hang on a lift for 45 minutes with nobody attending it. Then they came back and said they can’t find the issue do you want us to continue after two hours. This dealership is a rip off. More

If there were a zero star or negative star option, I would have chosen that. Had my car for over 6 days for a so-called recall, at the 7 days mark I was informed it was an out of pocket expense equaling would have chosen that. Had my car for over 6 days for a so-called recall, at the 7 days mark I was informed it was an out of pocket expense equaling $2500.00. There was no offer of a loaner vehicle and after multiple attempts at getting any sort of information had failed, I was less than impressed to say the least. I asked them to prepare my car and took my business down south. Service department is mismanaged and I will not be back. More
