NEW CAR SINCE 1998 I HAVE GONE TO SMITHTOWN TOYOTA 3 DIFFERENT YEARS AND I COULD NOT CLOSE A DEAL WITH THE SALES PEOPLE THERE. THEY LET ME WALK OUT AND I BOUGHT 3 TOYOTAS AT OTHER DEALERSHIPS. THIS CAR IS THE FOURTH TOYOTA SINCE 1998. LOU SAID THEY WOULD NOT LET ME WALK OUT THIS TIME WITHOUT PURCHASING A CAR. HE WAS RIGHT. I GOT A GREAT PRICE, CLOSED THE DEAL, AM VERY HAPPY WITH SMITHTOWN TOYOTA AND LOU AND GENERAL MANAGER MARK SCHWARTZ. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THE PURCHASE WAS EASILY MADE. He never pressured me to buy and I felt like he really wanted to find the best car for my situation. He got me a great deal and even the sales manager, Guy, came over to make sure I was happy with everything and spent a few minutes talking and laughing with me. Mitch, the finance person had everything ready to go and a few signatures later I was done!! A very smooth, pleasant experience all around!!! More

I then worked with Lou B. who is one of the kindest, most helpful salesmen I've ever met. Guy was also incredibly helpful. I was able to turn in my Prius lease a little early and get the Tundra at an extremely fair price. On the day of pick up, everything was ready for me when I got there. The truck was beautifully detailed and I was driving off with my new truck before I knew it. It truly was an incredible car buying experience. Thank you, Smithtown Toyota! More

One of the reasons I liked buying the first Scion was that I could avoid a high-pressured sales pitch, because it was a all-inclusive package price. Lou guided us through picking out the car without pressuring us, and helped setting up the necessary details of the purchase very efficiently. He was very upbeat, and a pleasure to deal with.
