New Lease I went back to Smithton Toyota to lease my 2016 Sienna. I had previously purchased a used car from them a few years ago. And had a great experience bo I went back to Smithton Toyota to lease my 2016 Sienna. I had previously purchased a used car from them a few years ago. And had a great experience both times. My salesman Louis Bilous was a pleasure to deal with. He took the time with my wife and I and got us the right price and a minivan we Love. Other dealers left us feeling like we were being ripped off. Not so with the folks at Smithown Toyota. Thanks Louis and Jeff B. in Finance. Will go back to them for my next Toyota. More

Great Dealership ! Went back to Smithtown Toyota today for my second lease of a Prius. We were helped by Lou Bilous again and all went as smooth as can be just like last Went back to Smithtown Toyota today for my second lease of a Prius. We had the good fortune of working with Lou Bilous who was excellent. It was our first time purchasing a car and Lou was extremely patient and thorough in answering our questions and explaining/showing us various options with the different trims. The test drive was very helpful and Lou knew to point out features that were important to us. We did not feel any pressure to make a purchase and we're grateful our experience was so pleasant. Easier than I thought I had a very positive experience at Smithtown Toyota. I had contacted Lou Bilous through a recommendation of a friend. It was time to replace my pre I had a very positive experience at Smithtown Toyota. I had contacted Lou Bilous through a recommendation of a friend. It was time to replace my previous vehicle, but I was undecided on what to lease. Lou let me test drive whatever I wanted to as many times as I wanted. I was there for a good 5 hours. He answered all my questions and made recommendations on what to lease based on my current situations. It wasn't just a sale to Lou. He wanted to put me in the right vehicle. I left there with a good feeling that I made the right choice and got a more than fair deal. I have already recommended Smiththown Toyota to several friends. More

2nd lease from this dealership My lease on my 2013 Toyota highlander was up. Having owned and leased many Toyota's in the past I wanted something different. Not because I was unhap My lease on my 2013 Toyota highlander was up. Having owned and leased many Toyota's in the past I wanted something different. Not because I was unhappy with Toyota but looking for a change. I did visit other dealers but ultimately leased another Highlander (2016). I was surprised at the change in appearance and handling of the 2016. What sealed the deal was the customer service that Lou Bilous gave. I had leased my previous 2013 Highlander from him and was very happy with that experience. He is very knowledgeable and patient during the decision process. He really takes the time to make sure you are happy and gives a great tutorial before you drive away. I would definitely recommend Lou Bilous to my friends and family. He is an asset to your dealership. More
