The gave me the deal I was looking for on my new Ram 3500 just in time for my Birthday. After a few times going back to the drawing board to make the deal happen within my budget, Lou came back the last time shook my hand and told me Happy Birthday and we had the deal done. I drove all the way from Jacksonville expecting to go back home with another unhappy experience with another car dealer as I have in the past. Not this time. Thanks again to this team for working with me on my purchase. I would also like thank Brad in finance for assisting with finalization of the financing. He was able to get me the same rate and term at a local Credit Union vs. me going back and handling my financing throu my own credit union. Brad made the final transaction process very smooth. What a Pleasure !! Wow, this is a great dealership!, I can't remember the last time I wrote a review about any business but had to make an exception for this one. I real Wow, this is a great dealership!, I can't remember the last time I wrote a review about any business but had to make an exception for this one. I really don't like the hassle associated with visiting any dealership to buy a new vehicle and had resigned myself to the fact that I was going to have to spend the afternoon battling to get what I really wanted, rather than what the salesperson wanted me to have, but did I have a fantastic surprise!!. Matthew met me at the front entrance and his bright personality and excellent attitude immediately made me feel like this was a dealership I would like to do business with. I explained to him what I was looking for and with his helpful advice and excellent product knowledge we found exactly the vehicle that suited us. Fantastic!!, we were so pleased!, and now the boring bit with all the paperwork, but no, Lou came over, introduced himself, took away our information and in no time the paperwork was all done, signed, and we were sitting in our new pickup with Matthew "pairing" our cell phones and giving a very thorough explanation and demonstration of how everything worked. I am a very fussy person and maybe a little OCD but if I had a dealership this is how I would want it to run. I can't say enough good things about these guys but I will certainly be back for my next vehicle and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone who wants to enjoy buying a vehicle without the hassle. I bought a used keep grand Cherokee and was told to bring it back for a detail because I bought it right before the dealership closed for the night. I was also told that some scratches were going to be removed so I drove the 50 minutes from Citrus County and waited 3 hours and when it was brought around it barley looked like it was touched on the outside and the inside was not done. The scratches were still there and you could see spots that were missed. I asked why the scratches were not removed, being that was the whole reason for coming in and I was told "oh you have to bring it back on Mondays, that is when we can do it". So now I have to drive back 50 minutes again from Citrus County and wait another 3 hours probably for something owed to me when I bought the Jeep. This is a common problem I hear about, this even happened with my husbands 55 thousand dollar diesel he bought in October and every time it was brought around he had to send it back because the job was half done. It just sucks because Matt and the sales staff is top notch and I feel they get the brunt of the anger from people when it's your detail and service department that needs work, and now I have to spend more money in gas to drive back again on one of my few days off. More

This Dealer does not appear to be in tune with the customer I bought my 2010 town and country from this dealer when they were in the old building and had a great experience. Now that they are in the new building not so much!! I just received an email from Bobby Webb thanking me for purchasing a 2017 Pacifica from him. Problem is I did not buy my new 2017 Pacifica from him or Phillips. I bought my new 2017 Pacifica from Bill Bryant because of the way I was treated when I went into Phillips to buy my new car. Bobby was very nice but the Sales manager was terrible! The trade in value was well below black book on a vehicle with 48000 miles and a car that looked like new. The so called Dealer added Value items for what they were , added way too much to the price of the car. the next day I drove 20 miles down the road to Bill Bryant and got $2500 more for my trade and a much move knowledgeable and friendly crew. More
