Just ok sales. Pretty responsive unless they almost have or have your sale. Then its lucky to get a call until late in the day. You try and get an answer by calling, but good luck talking to whoever should answer. Put on hold, hung up on 2 times in a row at one point. Took me 4 - 5 calls to get a simple answer to a question to pay when I take delivery. The worst was when we went to take delivery. We were told by the verification text the day before that we could change our appointment to 2 hours earlier. Verified it for us. Said "no problem". We arrived on time, but were told sorry, the right person never knew you moved it. Come back in two hours. Wasted our time for a half day because they are not organized. More

I also worked with Lou from the finance department who was great and got me a good rate and monthly payment. Michelle from the insurance department made it super easy for me to get a reasonably priced plan for my new car. Additionally, the delivery of a car to a customer has vastly improved since the last time I purchased a car. Lou had all the paperwork ready for me to sign, my plates were transferred when I was singing, and I was out driving my new car in about an hour! I would 1000 % recommend Denooyer Chevrolet. I really appreciate that the staff do not treat women differently and I can go purchase a new car alone with confidence. A vehicle I purchased from DeNooyer was having some issues so I had it towed to their Service Department which is where I took it for all previous maintenance and repairs. Chris A. was able to run diag issues so I had it towed to their Service Department which is where I took it for all previous maintenance and repairs. Chris A. was able to run diagnostics same day to estimate a repair cost. I had been thinking about purchasing a replacement vehicle and was able to get an appointment the next day with Sales. Gianni L. quickly identified a good match from available stock and after a brief conversation I was taking a test drive within the hour. When I returned Gianni patiently answered some questions I had about the new vehicle and we discussed financials and came to what I considered to be a great deal. I received a good value for the trade in and Lou from the Financial Department made the contract paperwork go smoothly and Megan H. in the Insurance Department ensured I would have the needed coverage and offered to follow up about my other non-vehicle insurance needs. I was able to drive off in a new vehicle same day, which happened to be a Saturday, because of the DMV services offered at DeNooyer.
