I completed my half of the paperwork and brought in my father for his signature the following. day. Dad signed his part of the paperwork within 15 minutes. They took the keys to detail the car and fill up with gas. What should have taken 30 minutes took over 3 1/2 hours waiting in the finance building just sitting around doing nothing. Staff was Inconsiderate of my time and didn’t care to push things along when I repeatedly asked for my keys so I could just leave. They acted like I had nowhere else to be on a holiday. Had I known I would have declined and got my own gas and washed my own car, as it wasn’t worth my time. I left very frustrated. As soon as the papers were signed they had no more interest in me.
