I do not recommend this dealer. The internet price was hiked up with many extra fees that made no sense. The car I bought from them refused to start very next day. It vibrates on idle and latch in the trunk doesn’t work to lay the seat flat. I took it back to them explaining that it had to be a starter issue as the battery was fine and key fob was working. They replaced the battery two days later and told me that I was on my own. Here’s the kicker, the service report says that I reported a dead battery. The problem became even worse after that. It went from being an intermittent problem to the car not starting at all. Now the car sits in the driveway unable to start. I have a car payment due next month on a car that’s not even drivable unless I sink even more money into it. Now I wonder what else might be wrong with this car. More

I had just bought a new 2026 Palisade, this being my third palisade. I purchased my new Palisade at Tamiami Hyundai because my last Hyundai dealership the service was awful, not caring, and the sales d third palisade. Yesterday;s visit to Tamiami Hyundai really made me happy making the decision I had made to switch dealers. Meeting Jamie and having him go over vehicle with me, diagnose the issue and then bring up qualified mechanic to go over the problem and then solve the problem was excellent. The whole process made me feel that this department is concerned for their customers and want to do the best for them. A part had to be ordered to complete the job but in reality I am looking forward to going back for the completion. Now between the sales department staff and the service department staff I will not buy another car elswhere. More
