I asked them why and what was different and they wouldn't tell me. They then threatened to take the truck back if I didn’t sign new paperwork. They sent someone to my house with paperwork that had a largely increased residual value and I obviously refused, to which they effectively said 'never mind'. I then emailed Nick Reuther the GM with my concerns and received no answer. More

I am completely happy with my experience at Beaver Toyota and especially working with Lu Lam. I feel like I had to be a very demanding customer in order to justify a drive down from the Canadian border. Lu met all of my demands, and after doing a nationwide search for very specific criteria, I have no doubt that I got the best deal in the country for what I drove home. Lu was waiting for me when I arrived after a day and a half of driving, offering food, drink, facilities, etc. I didn't have to wait for anything. Everything was in order and ready to go. Literally 5 minutes, and I was driving away in my new purchase. It was the most pleasantly surprising car buying experience I could have imagined. I highly recommend Beaver Toyota (ask for Lu). Even if you are not in the area, Lu will take great care of you. Thanks for everything Lu! More

My problem was that I live 250 miles from them and, with a sick daughter could not travel to buy my car. I really wanted that car. Beaver's sales people went out of their way to work with me. They had me send pictures of my trade-in, made a fair offer, and we had a no hassle deal. I couldn't come get my car so, in my case, they even arraigned delivery of mine and pickup of my trade. My "new" car looked spotless. I have bought new cars that weren't as clean! I waited six months to write this. Now, I can say my great car runs like new, not one problem. I love it. In my 60 years of driving, I've owned 15 cars and this car and the sales process was, by far, the best. If possible, my next car will be from Beaver... More

My husband and I came in tonight to look at a new Rav4 that we found on the internet for my mother. We talked with Luan Lam over the phone and made an appointment to come look at it. He was very friendly that we found on the internet for my mother. We talked with Luan Lam over the phone and made an appointment to come look at it. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the car. He suggested that we look at used one also because of the deals. My mother was over the moon when we left because we ended up with a brand new 2020 model. We weren’t expecting to get a new one because of the cost. This was her first car buying experience. I rate this a five because she went in to look at vehicle and came out with a brand new one at a reasonable price. She has been smiling non stop. Thank you Luan and Beaver Toyota for making my mother so happy!! 😊 More
