By providing some good market research on my end on both new and used prices the deal was completed in a short period of time with little need for the long back and forth negotiations. This is my fourth Subaru purchased from Dean Team which should tell you something about the dealership customer focused environment. The bonus is the Dean Team service department is also just as customer focused as I have used them to service my vehicles in the past. I picked up my first Subaru Outback today from the Dean Team and couldn’t be any happier. Luci Whanger was awesome to work with and I had zero pressure to buy.
