There are a couple of things that have changed over the years that I have been coming to Manly Honda that have affected my scoring being lower. Most of it has to do with how the customer is greeted. It use to be that the customer would wait by their car and the service rep would come to you. Now the customer gets out and stands by the 6 or so service rep stations to be waited on. The young woman who helped us was lovely. She had a great personality and was personable. The service is fine. Young lady who helped me was very nice. I brought my car for service and i also wanted to address a problem with my car. She took pictures and it was sent to managment for review they couldnt help me but said i must of hit something (i would know if i hit something especially on a newer car) and there was nothing they could do (apprently newer civic hatchbacks have this problem, bad design). I just felt like they wouldnt help me unless i threw a fit. They have good service but little compassion. More
