One of the easiest transactions I ever had. The sales staff was amazing and there was great communication. My only complaint is with the finance manager, Ben. Ben spoke down to me and actually said, "Do you realize you have a $500,000 mortgage?" Well, duh!! I didn't know it was such a bad thing to own my house!!! But Nicole Marden was amazing and made up for every judgie thing Ben said/did. I would recommend Manly and Nicole to anyone and everyone!!!! Additionally, the two gentlemen who delivered my car were awesome and very friendly. Overall, great transaction. More

I have a Clarity plug in hybrid and explained that I rarely use the gas motor. Still was advised to get the 30 or 35k service (normal for gas-only powered vehicles). My car indicates what service is needed (in this case A01). The owners manual indicates what the different codes mean - including major services. I was told by the service manager that the car doesn’t really know what is needed (paraphrasing) but that my car wasn’t going to breakdown if I didn’t get the service (paraphrasing). Really? My car doesn’t know that it’s over 35k miles and that a major service is needed? Come on! I didn’t get the 35k service. Only A01 as indicated. This is the SECOND I've experienced the service person trying to over sell me expensive service. I know it’s not their fault and they are just following what the computer tells them. This needs to be addressed because it’s BS. The ONLY reason I take my car to the dealer is because this is a hybrid. Otherwise I wouldn’t. The service crew is very nice and not pushy but I don’t even what to have these discussions about hundreds of dollars of unnecessary service!!! PS I love my Clarity! It’s the best car I’ve ever owned. I hope that Honda continues with this model. More
