Communication was terrible, again. I had to call several times to get any information over the course of weeks, and even then it was minimal. Most communication was through a video onl I had to call several times to get any information over the course of weeks, and even then it was minimal. Most communication was through a video only after I called several days in a row. They did not clearly communicate what the problem was, and while no work was done, the car left in much worse shape than it went in. The problem that they somehow couldn’t recreate showed up before I even made it home, and in fact, the car did not get me home. A police officer told me I could not drive it and had to get it towed. They should have told me when I went in that it was in worse shape and not drivable. More
