Luis was great, my issue stems from being made to pay 100$ for a rental I didn’t need because the hydraulic lift broke with my car in the air. I still haven’t received the money back from said rental, that I was told I’d get back the day I drop off the rental car and when I calle the next day about said money was told oh no it’s atleast 5-7 business days to get that back. Never relayed to me at all till I called looking for it. I won’t be returning to Napoli Nissan for any sort of maintenance. Have a great day. More
