The truck I purchased need new tires and few small repairs, all done before I took possession of the truck. Nick Siebert is a quality, professional, charismatic and knowledgeable salesman. Luis the sales manager worked with us and I respect his service. Austin the finance and paperwork guy got us the good terms, was thorough and is a hoot. My friend Alan C., who is a excellent service technician at Larry H. Miller for over 30 years referred us. Alan is serious Toyota guy and am very thankful to him for talking us into finally buying a new Tacoma. My wife and I like to "road trip" and this vehicle is going to be perfect for our adventures. He showed us the cars we wanted to see (super cheap cuz it was her first car), however the more I talked to Chris the more I felt it would be safer to go with a better car. Caleb kept in contact with me about the car leading up to coming to see it, answered a TON of questions I kept throwing at him, and continued to make sure I was taken care of and happy with the vehicle well after purchase. This guy went above and beyond, and I have never had such a great experience from a dealership. Everyone else I worked with and talked to made sure I had everything I needed, knew what I was getting, and worked to get me the best deals and packages for the new car. I have since been back to get the car waxed and interior treated, and it's been nothing but positive. Highly recommend. More
